By accessing or using the Sale2x platform, software, or APIs ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all terms, do not use or access the Service.
2. Description of Service
Sale2x provides a B2B SaaS platform enabling businesses to manage Meta advertising campaigns, capture and route sales leads, stream conversion events to Meta Conversions API (CAPI), and access rule-based AI performance recommendations.
3. User Accounts & Registration
You must provide accurate and complete account registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Third-Party Integrations & Meta Policies
The Service integrates with third-party platforms, including Meta Ads Manager and WhatsApp Business API. You agree to comply with all applicable terms, advertising policies, and developer guidelines established by Meta Platforms, Inc. Sale2x is not responsible for actions, account suspensions, or policy enforcement enacted by third-party platforms.
5. Subscription & Free Early Access Terms
Sale2x currently offers zero-cost software access during our Early Access Program. We reserve the right to modify pricing structures, add paid tiers, or alter feature limits upon providing 30 days prior notice to registered users.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for:
- Transmitting unsolicited messaging, spam, or prohibited advertising content under WhatsApp Business policies.
- Attempting to bypass security controls, reverse engineer source code, or breach API rate limits.
- Violating consumer privacy laws or data protection regulations.
7. Data and Privacy
Our collection and processing of user data are governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain all ownership rights to your CRM customer records and lead data.
8. Service Availability & Modifications
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for core API services. However, Sale2x does not guarantee uninterrupted operation and reserves the right to modify, update, or temporarily suspend features for maintenance.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sale2x shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of ad spend, revenue, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
10. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Sale2x reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activities.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
